I had a deep tissue massage here last Friday and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. Erica was fantastic — very attentive, professional, and clearly focused on the details throughout the session. The massage was exactly what I needed. I also really appreciated having access to the spa area afterwards, which made the whole experience even more relaxing. Highly recommend! And I´ll definitely come back!

Hanakasumi Body Scrub 60min massage way overpriced. Absolutely not worth it at all. My wife came out and said "it was ok, definitely not wow". Massage = ok. Atmosphere = clinical, not cozy or relaxing. For that kind of money? You can get way better quality elsewhere

I've come here for facials multiple times over the last 3 years and always had great experience and therapists. It's one of the few facial places that do excellent facial massages. I am always able to use the gym/pool facilities of the hotel alongside my spa booking. The facilities are kept well, the staff are nice, and the atmosphere is always calm and quiet. Perfect for a day of relaxation and peace.

Today I visited the spa, and I confess I left a little disappointed. The massage itself was great and the staff were very friendly. But in the wellness area there were many children making a lot of noise, jumping in the pool, and clearly other guests were bothered by the situation. I understand that kids will be kids, but when you pay 195 euros for a massage and access to the spa you expect a little tranquility… In short, a somewhat disappointing experience.

Had a Swedish massage with Chrysa, and it was the best massage I have ever had. The Spa is beautiful, impeccable, comfortable, and relaxing. Went to the steam room afterward, which was so therapeutic.

I had a very professional massage. My lovely therapist Parvati took enormous good care of me. She handled my sore shoulder like a boss and I feel completely relaxed. Normally I get internally awkward around massage therapists, but not this time. I was at ease. Thanks again.
