Due to my own mistake we had to return parcel. Shopecore reacted perfectly and gave us a 100 % service. We are very satisfied with their performance and do thank Jeroen for his service.

I bought a replacement laptop battery from them, it wouldn't charge. Its not the charger in my laptop so the battery is defective or not compatible. Be aware that they do not allow free returns. They did not have a free return label in the box, they refused to send me one and insist I must pay the mail costs !? Post nl (who sent it) refused to take it at 4 locations without the return label. The battery only cost 36 Euro, and they expect me to pay 16 Euro (amount was quoted at post office) from my own pocket to return it, which will not be reimbursed !! Ridiculous and unfair !!! Certainly won't be using them again ! They did say though, that they will send me a replacement and I can just bin the one they sent me !? So they're not prepared to pay mail costs of 5 Euro (what it cost them to send me it), but they are prepared to forego product worth 36 Euro. How ridiculous !! So be aware, if you have a problem with the product, you will have to pay return shipment costs yourself !! ANSWER TO THEIR REPLY : Shopcore now says they don't allow free returns as 'they don't want to stimulate customers to return products' So......customers enjoy returning products and just do it for fun ? NO, I bought it in good faith want to return it because it DOES NOT WORK !!! And I don't want another battery from them as I don't trust their products anymore ! Who has EVER heard of an online company that DOESN'T allow free returns ? What if you lived for example in Spain, bought something worth 200 Euro from them, but you have to pay 40 Euro FROM YOUR OWN POCKET to return it with no question of it being reimbursed ? And for me, I am expected to pay at least 12 Euro (from a product that only cost 36 Euro) to send it back. So I will only get back 24 Euro, that's if I can even trust them to pay this back, which I am very doubtful of if this is how they treat trustworthy customers who have been sent incompatible / faulty products !!!! So if you buy it, don't expect to be able to refuse / return it !!!!
