Good spa! The daily entrance fee is reasonable, and it's a really boutique place, perfect for relaxing. It was nice that there were only a limited number of people that day. The restaurant prices were a bit high, but I really liked the fireplace in the restaurant. I wish the entrance wasn’t directly into the restaurant, as you sit there wet with towels on, and the cold from outside in winter could make you sick. The pool was nice and not crowded, with a beautiful view outside. They have quite a few sauna options downstairs. I’d prefer if there were showers in the changing rooms instead of the open ones outside. The changing rooms were a bit small. I had a massage, which was good, but it would be better if the massage reservation system was integrated with the spa registration. This isn’t directly related to the spa, but just a heads-up that you may encounter naked people, even on non-nude days.

Not a place suitable for relaxation at all, as one expects a “spa” to be. Customers always incredibly loud and talking in the sauna area with no regard for others, rendering it impossible to relax. Staff does not care despite being kindly asked to do something about it.

I booked for a day treatment (Dagticket+ massage) at 14:30, then I decided to be there earlier so I called to ask if I can go there earlier. After 10 times trying to call ,somebody told me to be there at 12:30. I was there at 12:30 and I registered myself at the reception and the employee found my reservation and asked me to wait in the waiting room. She did not even bothered to give me the key/sensor for entrance to changing room and sauna. I got to the massage floor with all my stuff en cloths and after the massage I was left there wandering for 10 minutes where to go and how to enter.I got back to reception with all my stuff in hand to ask where the sauna is ,where I hear from the employee that I need a key to enter and then I got a key from her. Then I had some instructions and information from other employee! And the reason was that the massage part is another company and has nothing to do with them! But when I booked I got a ticket for day spa and massage all toghether and how I would possibly know that these were two entity a part. I found it very inefficient and not professional.

Waited for 30 minutes in the lobby for my massage appointment (after paying) only to hear that the therapist wasn’t there and no one was picking up the phone. Massage was cancelled previously while I was on the way to the appointment. Terrible customer service and time wasted.

Nice clean place if you like sauna's and relaxing. Staff was friendly, but the atmosphere was a bit more tense/corporate than I'm used to at a welness.

Please, solve your problems with magnetic keys. For a year already you don’t have enough keys and we receive one for a group of people. We have to follow each other from area to area as ducks, instead of everyone taking their own pace to relax. If you introduced this separation of areas, so please be prepared to have enough keys for everyone. Also, the place requires maintainance. The walls are shabby in several places, already also for a long time. The door to outside is always open, making lounge area very cold to spend time there. I don’t understand this concept.

Worst place for massages! I had an anti stress massage and it was more stressful than relaxing. I would go so far as to call it painful! When I mentioned it hurt the woman told me to breathe through it. I spent 125€ for 90 minutes of torture.

The facilities at the IVY boutique wellness are impeccable. They have multiple saunas all different temperatures and a plunge pool too! The staff are extremely welcoming and accommodating. A fantastic and worthwhile experience.
